Raheel Waqar belongs to the first USQ BBA batch at MDi. Possessing an entrepreneurial flair, he has setup a multimedia company called White Rice Communications in Islamabad. He was always interested in multimedia, design and IT and started his entrepreneurial venture even before he graduated. He is an example of how students need to balance academic focus with practical application. Raheel is now an established businessman, with several clients all over Pakistan.
Ana Khalid graduated from the USQ BBA Program in November 2007. During her final year at MDi, she worked as an O’ Levels instructor at Roots School System and is currently employed as an executive at ABN AMRO Bank. She has been recognized as a valuable employee at ABN AMRO, and has been ranked as excellent by her managers.
Faran Hussain Mirza is currently working as a Marketing Consultant at LMK Resources, and plans on going to the University of York for a Masters Degree. He is a sporty, energetic and highly articulate individual who has done well in his studies. His favorite sport is basketball and now his full-time vocation is his demanding full-time job.
Sher Ali Saeed Khan is a part-time musician whose creative side has landed him a Marketing job at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi – a leading advertising agency, right after his graduation from the USQ BBA. Sher has excellent grades and has also previously interned at MDi where he assisted in conducting training sessions and managing client accounts. At IAL, he is responsible for maintaining an interface with clients and the creative teams.
Rafia Ansari was one of the top achievers for the USQ BBA Program internationally in the year 2007. She started teaching at Headstart School at the beginning of her Final year and continues to do an excellent job as a teacher after her graduation.
